PROFESSIONAL USE RISKS: You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any losses, damages, or consequences if you use this service for:

  • Professional business translations where accuracy is legally or commercially critical
  • Legal documents, contracts, or official paperwork requiring certified translation
  • Medical, technical, or safety-critical content where errors could cause harm
  • Commercial publications or marketing materials for business purposes

NO PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY: We disclaim all liability for professional losses, business damages, missed deadlines, or any costs incurred from professional use of this service.

4.3 General Prohibited Uses

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Credit System

  • Our Service operates on a credit-based system for premium features
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Credit prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Free users receive a limited number of credits

6.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor

6.3 Refunds and Credit Recovery

  • Automatic Refunds for Technical Failures: If translation chunks fail due to technical issues (timeouts, AI service errors), credits will be automatically refunded to your account
  • Failed Translation Policy: You receive automatic credit refunds when our system cannot complete translation processing
  • Credit Purchase Refunds: Credit purchases are generally non-refundable except for technical failures or billing errors
  • Service Disruption: If service downtime prevents you from using purchased credits, we may provide credit extensions or refunds
  • Refund Timeframe: Refund requests for billing issues must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Discretionary Refunds: We reserve the right to issue additional refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances
  • No Guarantee Refunds: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with translation quality, as accuracy is not guaranteed

11.2 MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMITATION

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENYAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS STRICTLY LIMITED:

  • NO LIABILITY for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • NO LIABILITY for loss of profits, business, data, revenue, or opportunity
  • NO LIABILITY for professional losses, business interruption, or missed deadlines
  • NO LIABILITY for third-party content, user content, or user interactions
  • NO LIABILITY for service downtime, bugs, errors, or translation quality
  • MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY: The lesser of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

11.3 PROFESSIONAL USE LIABILITY EXCLUSION

IF YOU USE THIS SERVICE PROFESSIONALLY, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS. WE HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR:

  • Business losses, professional damages, or commercial harm of any kind
  • Missed deadlines, failed projects, or business interruption
  • Inaccurate translations affecting professional or commercial activities
  • Financial costs, opportunity costs, or revenue losses from professional use
  • Professional reputation damage or client relationship issues
  • Any damages whatsoever arising from professional use of the service

11.4 USER CONTENT LIABILITY EXCLUSION

WE HAVE ZERO LIABILITY FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT:

  • We are not responsible for content posted, shared, or published by users
  • All user content liability rests solely with the content creator
  • We disclaim all liability for offensive, illegal, or harmful user content
  • Users indemnify us against all claims arising from their content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenyAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
