Can I choose between Brazilian and European Portuguese?
Yes. Tell us which variant you need when you request your quote. The two differ in vocabulary, spelling and how characters address each other, so it helps to decide this before translation starts, and you can add preferred terms to your glossary.
How do you handle names and honorifics in web novels translated into English from Korean, Japanese or Chinese?
Through your glossary. If your English source keeps honorifics like -nim, senpai or shixiong, or uses fixed translations for cultivation ranks and sect names, you list how each one should appear in Portuguese.
